I am so sorry to see a person pass on who was one of my very first friends dating back to the first grade at St. Ambrose school. Although we saw each other rarely since I left Rochester, he always had that friendly smile and good word for all. I last saw him a couple of years ago at a St. Ambrose get together.. I am in Rome right now and will pray for him tomorrow at mass at St. Peter’s. Condolences to his family.
Jack was a very good man – proud to have known him
Joanne, I am so sorry to hear of Jack’s passing. He was a wonderful man and we had many laughs together. May he rest in peace. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Anne Miller

It was great knowing Jack he was a fun guy we always had fun on our Bus Trips going to the Casino’s and meeting at Finger Lakes Race Track Casino where we enjoyed having lunch together and gambling. There were many good memories to remember. So sad to see you leave Jack but we know that you are in a better place no more pain or suffering, the Lord is with you now. So sorry, great memories shared with a true friend.
May you have been welcomed into Heaven by the Lord 2 hours before the devil knew you had died. To his family: I didn’t know you but I remember Jack at every one of the St. John Fisher re-unions I attended. I was an Aquinas classmate of his (1950) but he was in the Pioneer class of 55 & I was 58. I moved to Boston right after graduation and am still in the Boston area. Jim Brady
My deepest sympathy to Joanne and Jack’s family. I had the privilege of working with Jack for a number of years at Community Savings Bank. I have many happy memories of those years. He was truly a wonderful person!
We met Jack as our accountant and he became a good friend. Always there with a story and a joke to tell, only wanting to make us laugh. Joanne, I know how you will miss him; he loved you and your children so much. I know this because he spoke of his family all the time with such love and respect. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Mike and Casi
