It was meaningful journey to share with John…his life story, faith and family. I am so glad to have shared faith moments with him, the assurance of his salvation and place in heaven. pray and sing praises to God together. I have a church commitment Sunday but send my best wishes and heartfelt sorrow to the family.
Uncle Jack you come to my mind when coming home from Viet Nam. Being a younger big brother to my mom. being there for your mom and siblings and your many nieces and nephews. Then the father, husband and grand pa to your own beautiful family. the John and Retha branch. love to all
We’re so blessed by the care and companionship you provided to my dad. I can’t thank you enough. And to know that you were able to talk about your mutual faith in Jesus and be a spiritual support for him in his last months is such a comfort to me.
