Godspeed Joe! Enjoyed our times together–and how the good spirit shines through (I saw your heart in there) though we get in the way. Love and strength to Connie.

I was sadden to hear that Joe had gone to be with the Lord. Just the other day I was thinking about y’all. I came across the Pork Chop, Rice & Tomatoe recipe you gave me years ago. It brought back warm memories. How comforting it is to know that one sweet day we’ll be feasting together with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I can just picture Mark and Joe are getting re-acquainted right now. One day we’ll join them. Until then, may the love and peace of God sustain you through the days ahead. ~ Love, Joan

Joe was always sweet and kind to our family…He would give the kids candy and free things when he worked as cashier in the cafe! Not good for business but good for the soul–my family still has those fond memories and they are teenagers now. He will be missed. Sadly The Hayden’s

Look unto Jesus, the author and the finisher of our faith. Joe as you gaze now upon our Saviour I can see the big smile reflected upon your face knowing that your are home at last. I will always remember your kind and giving heart. Especially when you came to check on me when I thought there was a burglar in my house and I was home alone with the kids. Joe ~ I still have the blue glass bottles you gave to me once you knew how much I liked blue glass. It has been years that we have spent time together you, Connie and myself but my love for you all has never faded. I will be here for Connie and the boys. See you soon my dear friend, Love ~ Kathy

The tears I cry for Joe, my dear, sweet brother and true friend are bittersweet, but I know I will see him again in Our Father’s loving arms. I pray for comfort and calm for my faithful sister Connie and family
