Greece: Monday, May 23, 2022 at age 90. Predeceased by her parents, Christopher and Elizabeth Sproats; husband, William Hepler Survived by her children, Douglas C. (Laurie) Hepler, Scott R. (Ursala) Hepler; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Shawn) Sloan, Heather (John) Ames, Holly Bresler, Tessa Bresler; 9 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Evelyn (Sproats) Caufield, Fran Caufield; nieces and nephews; dear friends.
No visiting hours. Joan chose to have her remains scattered in her favorite place in Vermont where her family will celebrate her life.

Doug and Scott So sorry to read of your Mom’s passing. I have the most beautiful memories of sitting with her on your front step on Hill Drive when I was a kid. I would talk her ear off. She would paint my fingernails for me! May God help you through this difficult time. Mary (Wahl) Eggleston
