Joan Christensen-Kopper
Greece: went to Heaven on 9/30/2021. She fought heart disease for many years never complaining, and always grateful for how long she had lived.
Joan is predeceased by her son William Neufeglise and granddaughter Jennifer Neufeglise.
She is survived by her loving husband Franz Kopper, her sons Steven (Peg) Neufeglise, Robert (Marlis) Young, and daughters Laurie Young-Colaprete and Heidi Kopper-Luciano. She also leaves behind her very loved grandsons Zachary Young and Cameron Colaprete and granddaughters Kristen Luciano-May (Maurice) their daughter, great granddaughter Vivian, Patty (Mike) Hyman along with their two boys, great grandsons Will and Nicholas.
Joan would tell you she had a wonderful life, with wonderful parents, and a great childhood. She also was very grateful for all her family and numerous friends she so enjoyed throughout her life.

My condolences on the loss of Joan. I knew her from her visits , with Franz, to the Lake Ave post office, where I used to work. I was always happy to look up and see Joan and Franz walk in! What a wonderful, intelligent and vibrant lady!
