Rochester: Saturday, June 14, 2025 at age 59. Predeceased by her parents, Ronald and Sharon Grottanelli. Survived by her husband of 34 years, Philip Taylor; her children, Patrick, Sean and Liam; her brother, Ronald Grottanelli; many dear friends. Jill enjoyed visiting Disney World and watching the Buffalo Bills.
Friends may call Monday (June 30th) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road, where her Family Prayers will be held at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Aurora House in her memory.

Please know that it is with great sadness today that I learned of Jill’s passing last week. During her over 3 months of being cared for by all of the Volunteers of the Penfield Shepherd Home we valued the time spent with the family and friends who came daily to support you.
We will always fondly remember Jill’s extensive plans for her Easter celebration at Shepherd Home with dinner provided by Cracker Barrel. She worked diligently to frost those dozens of cut-out cookies even though she had frosting and sprinkles all over herself, the task table, the bed linens. May you be comforted by the smiles, pleasure and giggles this brought her.
Phil, all of us were sad when Jill decided to move back home. You had become part of our everyday life during this long good bye – may you find Peace in your heart over the days ahead.
