Greece: Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Predeceased by his brother Alan Lowe. Survived by his daughter, Kim (Tracy) Oliver; grandchildren, Barbara Ann and Galt Oliver; brothers, Kenneth (Norma) Lowe and Rodney (Millie) Lowe; lifelong friend, Susan Reed; loving family and friends. Jeff will be remembered for his love of animals and devotion to family and friends. His years spent as an Animal Keeper at the Seneca Park Zoo was a favorite lifetime experience. Family will receive friends Sunday (March 22nd) 12-2 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, follow by a celebration of life for friends and family at 2:00 PM. Interment, Private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm in his memory.
