Rochester: Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at the age of 72. Jeanne was a devoted wife and mother, known for her kindness, strength, and deep love for her family.
Predeceased by her father, John Sattora; sister, Suanne Pitt; father- and mother-in-law, Ilmari and Eila Salminen. Survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Robert; son, Matthew (Danna); daughter, Sarah (Joe); mother, Ethel Sattora; siblings, Steven Sattora, Eileen Wilmot, and David Sattora (Jannine); brother- and sisters-in-law, Dr. William Salminen (Carol), Karen Shuttleworth, and Jane Salminen; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Tuesday (March 11th) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626. Donations may be made to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm in her memory.
Jeanne will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was always smiling! I remember all the Sattora reunions we went to. Rest in peace cousin!!!
So sorry for your loss. Jeanne was a big part of my childhood memories as we gathered for holidays and reunions with so many cousins. Godbless you Jeanne.
