James was a great work neighbor. He always had a smile and loved to chat. He took great pride in our small plaza and we watched out for one another. Many of us nicknamed him "Mayor" because he was always sweeping up the front entries, watering flowers, or taking care of ice/snow issues. He is missed everyday here in Tonawanda.
