James (Jim) Bleier Passed away peacefully on November 15 at the age of 73. He will be lovingly remembered by his son Paul (Karen), daughter Tammy, granddaughters Marissa (JR) and Sydney (Yazz), great-granddaughter Jillian, and many beloved cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Eileen Bleier.  A lover of the outdoors, Jim enjoyed spending time in nature. His skill as a photographer allowed him to capture the beauty of the world, with a special fondness for the tranquility of Keuka Lake. In every photograph, his love for the natural world shone through. Jim was a true explorer at heart, having traveled to nine countries and dozens of states. His wanderlust was infectious, and his tales of adventure enriched the lives of all who had the privilege of hearing them. His spirit of curiosity and discovery will continue to inspire those who knew him.   Friends may call at Saturday (Nov 25th) 2-4 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road. Please join us in honoring Jim by wearing your best flannel, a symbol of the warmth and comfort he brought to those around him. The family requests donations be made to the Seneca Park Zoo, a place that held a special place in Jim’s heart. His support of the zoo’s local conservation efforts reflected his commitment to preserving the beauty of the natural world. Jim will be remembered for his kindness, thoughtfulness, and the profound love he held for his family, his greatest source of pride and joy. He will be deeply missed by many.
