Greece: Saturday, November 29, 2014. Predeceased by his parents, Gerald and Margaret Loete; sister, Margaret MacPherson; brother, Robert Loete. Survived by his wife of 40 years, Geraldine ‘Bird’ Loete; his children, Kim (Mel) Brooks, Deborah (Dexter) Craig, James (Heather) Kennedy; grandchildren, Justin Rivera, Haley and Braeden Kennedy, Dexter, Jr., Alana, Alexa; sisters-in-law, Janet, Robin, Marlene and Joyce; brothers-in-law, Brad, Bob and Mark; many cousins and dear friends. Jim was an avid golfer and worked with the Town of Greece Highway Department for over 37 years. Friends may call Thursday (Dec 4th) 4-8 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM at St. Mark’s Church, 54 Kuhn Rd.
