Myers, Jack E. Greece: Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at age 77. Predeceased by his parents, Herbert & Genevieve Myers. Survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Elizabeth ‘Betty’; children, William C. Myers & Amy E. Myers; grandchildren, Madeline & Jake Braun; sister, Sally Meister. Jack is a proud veteran of the United States Army. He is a retiree of 3 M Company, enjoyed singing in the church choir and working on home improvements. He will be deeply missed. Jack’s visitation will be held Friday, January 29th 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Rd, Greece Chapel. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, Greece NY. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. My deepest regrets and condolences to all of you on the passing of Uncle Jack. He was a wonderful human being in all respects and I am very saddened to hear of his passing. I will miss the greetings I received from him each year on my Birthday. He was one of the best people I have met in my life and I aspire to be more like him every day. You are all in my thoughts in prayers in what I know must be a very difficult time.
