Greece: Passed away on Friday, April 29th, 2011, with his family by his side in Rochester, New York. He is predeceased by his father, Vihn Lam, and his mother, Ngan Mach. He is survived by his daughters, Michelle and Tina; his son, Eric; his sisters, Huong Mach and Lisa Santos; his brothers, Huong Si Lam and Lam Quoc Tuong; and several loving relatives and friends. He was born April 19th, 1951, in Saigon, Vietnam. When he was 22 years old, he joined the Vietnam Navy. He left Vietnam in 1975 with the Navy to station in Guam for a couple of months. He was then sponsored to come live in the US with the Funkee Family. From 1990 to 2008, he resided in Mahwah, NJ and was employed at Mosstype in Waldwick, NJ from 1985 until 2008. He moved to Rochester, NY in 2008. He was an honest man of many talents and will be missed, but forever remembered by friends and family. Friends may call Thursday 12-2 & 6-8 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Interment, private.
