Hilda wenzel was an extraordinary grandmother, she taught me so many things, most importantly she taught about the Lord and the values of family because in the end family is all that you have. I am blessed to have had hilda wenzel as my Oma.

My sweet dear Hildy. I am so sad that I will never see you again. You were a life long friend since our days at Nazareth. My heart is broken but I will carry all of the memories with me for the rest of my days. I love you friend. I hope your family will get comfort from their memories as well. Karen Wagner

Grandma Hilda, I’m wishing I got to see one last time. I Love you and we are all Missing You. Thank you for all you have taught me about life and being a christain. I know you are with the Lord now and I can’t wait to see you again in heaven Oma. You were a blessing to everyone you crossed paths with.

Hilda was my dear friend. She introduced me to essential oils. I remember coughing at choir practice and she said I have something to help you so I went to her house afterwards and she gave me a couple drops of oregano oil under my tongue. It did the trick. She has helped me with so many daycare parties and picnics and I will truly miss her company and friendship. She and Bill even took over my kitchen at Bob and my wedding just 8 months ago. It’s hard to believe she has passed.

I am so sorry to hear of this great loss. Hilda was one of the first people to love on me many many moons ago when I first began attending Greece Assembly. She and I served together on Saturday mornings cleaning the church. Thank you Lord for blessing me with a servant such as Hilda. A beautiful spirit. May she rest in peace. Praying for the family.

I’m smiling right now as I remember our time together serving in the kitchen at Greece Christian School for the kiddos lunch. What a special time we had together; serving, laughing, and encouraging each other in our faith. Loved our talks and also enjoyed our time when the girls would play together!! My how time flies. I’m thankful for our friendship and know we’ll see each other again in Heaven!!! Wendy Osterhoudt

My friendship with Hilda goes bank a long time. We met in the early years of Greece Assembly of God. She was a true friend of my wife and I. Rest easy my friend.

I have fond memories of Hilda. We worked together serving lunch to the kids at Greece Christian School. The last time I saw her was at a Parma Historical meeting a couple of years ago. Rest In Peace dear sister in the Lord.

I met Hilda when she lite up my friend Bill’s life. I have known Bill for many years, but never saw him happier then when he and Hilda got together. Hilda was a very sweet lady who always had a smile on her face and a pleasant thought for everyone. Bill, I know there is nothing I can say to ease your pain, but knowing she had a relationship with the lord will hopefully bring you some peace. My prayers are with you and the family. God Bless.

Hilda is very precious to us and thanks be to God because she gave her heart to Jesus, we look forward to enjoying her company when we meet again in heaven! I love her laugh and we have fond memories of playing scrabble with her. We miss her here, and love her dearly.

Praying for peace and comfort for Hilda’s entire family and all who knew and loved her! She was a light for Jesus and what a joy to share the love of Jesus together! The good news is… we will have eternity together as Christians to be together!
