All of us still miss your Dad so much! From his handsome smile and twinkling eyes to the ‘Breakfast’ requests. Dan, remember when he would tell you we hadn’t fed him all day? Then there was the time I brought him out side with me on my lunch break and asked him to hold my magazines, by the time we arrived outside he refused to give them back! So I read over his shoulder. We even miss him swinging at us in his fighting mode. He truly worked a place into our hearts. And I know we will all think of Hanky when ever we have ice cream. In sympathy the 3 south ‘family’

Ron…..sorry for your loss and that I won’t be able to make the calling hours as I will be out of town. Give my best to your Family in this time of need. Greg
To all of Hank’s Family, Thank you for the privilege of knowing your Dad. It was my job to enhance his life, but I feel he enhanced mine far more than I could ever have imagined. The greatest memory I have is when Linda let me take him and my other friend at the home, out for a drive in my Caddy. His expression, his gleeful gesture of putting the window down and putting his hand out the window is something I will never forget. There are many memories I will cherish and he was pleasure to serve – even when he was cranky. I’m sorry I couldn’t make it to his viewing. I wish you all health and happiness. Thanks again for allowing us to care for your Dad. Susan Thomas
To the Conte family – You don’t know me but I was your dad’s paper boy in the early 70’s. ( I lived over on Latona rd. )I remember bringing the paper to your dad – He always seemed happy to see me. He’d usually be in the garage working on the Buick. He was very proud of that car. I also had an interest in Buicks because my dad, Bob Raymond who was also a friend of your dad’s ( both went to St. John’s, and were in the men’s and Buick club together. ) sold Buick’s for many years. Your dad and I would usually chat for a few minutes. He’d usually tell me about the parts he got or had just ordered for the car, usually from another state. I’d also always take a couple of minutes to play with his dog. I can’t remember if his name was Shadow or Chadow. He was a good dog. Anyway I just wanted to share a fond memory I had of your dad. Sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Bill RaYmond
