Helen Marie Dwyer
Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at age 96 went home to be with her husband, Bernard John Dwyer; sister, Grace Werth; brother, Howard Lutz. She is survived by her children, Carol Dwyer-Emond, Thomas (Gerry Byrne) Dwyer, Tish (Maureen) Dwyer, Stephen 9Pat) Dwyer; 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; many loving family and friends.
Helen had a love for the outdoors. She was an avid NY Yankees fan, golfer, and enjoyed playing cards, especially Euchre. She enjoyed all sports, fishing, gardening, going to the casinos, dancing, music and always supported her family in their sporting events through the years. She will be dearly missed.
Helen’s visitation will be held Friday, June 2nd 4-8 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson 1075 Long Pond Road. Her celebration of life will be held Saturday, June 3rd 9:00 AM in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Grandma you’re the best and a very loving one ! I enjoyed all the times together since I was a young boy riding around the house in my scooter to going golfing together at Arrowhead Country Club and watching you doing a special type of putt from the fringe “the grandma putt”

My heartfelt sympathy Tish, Carol, Steve, Tom and families. Aunt Helen was truly a fun loving and caring lady. Remembering the great visits when she and Uncle Bernie came to Dad and Mom’s for visits and camped out even the ball games in Rochester. Thanks for the great memories Aunt Helen I love you and will be missed dearly. Rest in peace.
