Greece: Born, March 15, 1924, died peacefully, Thursday, September 11, 2014 at age 90. Predeceased by her devoted loving husband, Philip Grammatica; brother, Warren Mahle. Survived by her daughters, Barbara (Richard) Gallucci, Judith (Terry) Miller; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, Bentley Mahle; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Carl Grammatica, Gene (Olga) Grammatica, Thelma Halterman, Mary (John) Milliman, Jeanette Luipold; special niece, Lori; several loving nieces, nephews and loving friends, especially Nan and Hannah. The family is very grateful to the devoted staff at Edna Tina Wilson Living Center and Hospice of Rochester for the loving care given to Gertrude. Friends may call Monday (Sept 15th) 1-5 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment, Parma Corners Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
