George R. Grimshaw Greece: Friday, December 1, 2017 at age 80. Predeceased by his 4 sisters and his brother. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Karen A. (Sinkel) Grimshaw; his children, Barbara (Daniel) Moran, Carol (Kevin) Sheehan, Richard (Jodie) Grimshaw, George (Patty) Grimshaw, Gerald Grimshaw; 17 loving grandchildren; 4 loving great-granddaughters; several in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews; many dear friends. The family wishes to thanks all the caregivers at MCH and Hospice for the loving care given to George. Friends may call Monday (Dec 11th) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson Funeral Home. His Funeral Service will be held Tuesday (Dec 12th) 10:30 AM in the Funeral Home Chapel. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Monroe Community Hospital, Auxiliary, the Alzheimer’s Association or the Visiting Nurse Hospice in his memory. Dear Karen, I was sorry to hear of George’s passing. I remember being at your house in Michigan when George and I worked together at the Kodak District Office. Hard to believe that was 50 years ago!! We were out of town and got the message from Linda LaGorio. And I am out of town this week, so will miss the service. My best to you and your children. Doug Baldy
