Genevieve Catherine Ewell

Genevieve Catherine Ewell Rochester: Passed away peacefully on Monday, April 26, 2021 at the age of 104.  Born, Genevieve Hennessey, she is predeceased by her parents, Edward and Lillian; her husbands, William Gauck and Robert Ewell; her children, Margaret and Thomas; 7 sisters; 2 brothers; her grandson, Kevin and great grandson, Jake.  She leaves behind her stepdaughters, Karen (Dan)Maginn, Susan ((Dan) Hebert; her grandchildren: Alan, Monique, Tracey, Jennifer, Ann, Cheryl, and Carol; great grandchildren: Robert, Renegade, Jordan, Brooke, Dakota, Shayna, Taylor, Hannah, Zachary, Eric, Cody, Michael, Gage, Meagan, Haley, and Chelsea; great-great-grandchildren: Jake, Matthew, Lochlan, Maverick, Daisy, Marcos, Sophie, Bryson, Ember, and Aidan; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday, (May 10^th) 5-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road.  Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday (May 11^th) 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes 150 Varinna Dr in Brighton. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  Please wear a mask to each service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice in Genevieve’s memory.
