Greece: Thursday, September 27, 2012. Predeceased by his wife Jean L. Shultz. Survived by his sons, Richard (Jeanne) Shultz, John Shultz; grandchildren, Elisha, Valerie, Julie, Michael & Seihra; great-grandchildren, Ricky, Serena, Alanah, Riley & Kaylynn; nephew, John Harley (Stephania) Luxenberg. G. Robert was a proud Sergeant in the U.S. Army and a Veteran of World War II. He was a recipient of the Bronze Star. He enjoyed bowling and spending time with his family. Friends may call Monday (Oct 1st) 4-7 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 11:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, Ridge Road Greece. Interment, Holy Sepulche Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars or the American Cancer Society in his memory.
John, Dick and family, I just wanted to send my sympathy to you after hearing about your Dad. I remember him as being very nice, a quiet man who was very tall! My thoughts and prayers are with you. Take care, Robin Woodruff
