You were the BEST step father we could have ever had Frank Ryan. Oh, how you changed our lives!!! You will be FOREVER MISSED!! Thank you for all
I met Frank through our work at Eagle Star. I will remember him as a great mentor and teammate, a tremendous advocate for Veterans, and a wonderful man. My condolences to all of his family, friends and loved ones.
I am so sorry to see this !! Thoughts and Prayers to All !! Without Frank, almost 30 years ago at PRCD, I would not be where I am today !! He was kind, a good listener and was also great at calling me out on my BS !! Thank You Frank !! You and Terry (at a different time) will always hold a very special place in my heart !!
Frank always had this rough exterior, but also a big teddy bear heart. He was my friend, Terry’s special husband. He was so kind to me and took very good care of Terry. Now you two are together again.
