Dear Ellen and Family, I am so sorry to learn of the loss of Frank. We always enjoyed his wit and counted on his expertise at AG Environmental. If I were in Rochester I would visit you in person but I moved to Louisville, KY last year. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Judy Askins

We were sadden to hear about Frank’s Passing. We were friends for many years going as far back as working together at RG&E. Frank inspired me to enter Facilities at Kodak where we were again close friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of great loss. Ron & Judy
