I served in the military with Frank, and even though we both left the service years ago, we never lost touch, and always made time to get together for lunch and catch up. He was a smart guy, a good friend, and a great soldier who will no doubt be missed by the many people whose lives he touched. Rest easy my old friend.

Nancy and I knew Frank as a solid practicing Christian and attended church together. He and Pam really enjoyed square dancing. I knew him as a man of integrity, an old School Trooper always willing to help people. He was an excellent Aviator. Always kept his machines in good shape. We’ll miss him

We knew Frank through the Experimental Aircraft Association – Chapter 44. He was always friendly, and a man of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity. He contributed so much to this organization, and to say he will be missed is an understatement. Fly with the angels, Frank.

I always enjoyed Frank’s company. A down to earth, very grounded personality. I just saw him in July in Batavia for the annual HR-218 firearms qualification and we, of course, solved all the world’s problems in 5 minutes and then shot the breeze for the rest of the time. Rest in peace, my brother. You will be missed.

I met Frank in the Military 30 yrs ago. We expressed our love of aviation with each other and never stopped flying anywhere and everywhere over the years. I will always cherish the moments, phone calls, text messages and laughs together. Frank truly was a great Man in my book and he will sorely be missed. Till we meet again my Brother.

My condolences to Frank’s family. I had the pleasure working with over our years of service with State Police. He brought light to every detail he worked on. I will always remember his jump suits he was seen wearing more often than not. He treated everyone the same. It was a pleasure to know you Frank’s RIP

I am sorry to hear about Frank. I met him many years ago through a NYS Trooper coworker of his. I was fortunate to call him my friend and always enjoyed talking care of him and his cars at the Chevrolet dealership. He was a very dedicated Trooper and we also had many laughs together. I will miss him and my Sympathy to His Whole Family! ❤️

Frank was our neighbor down the street. We would always see him and Pam riding their tandem bike or walking in the neighborhood. He always had a friendly word. He even helped us catch our little puppy when he escaped from his leash. We will miss seeing him. May he rest in peace.

Pam, I am at a loss for words. I remember vividly the start of your relationship and now… my heart aches for you. He was truly sweet and loved you very much! Your stories of him while he was working sometimes made me laugh and sometimes go awww. I am glad you two were able to enjoy life together after you both retired. He’s your guardian angel along with your parents. Love you.. Hugs, Eileen Todesco

Frank was a "mensch," and one of the most interesting people I knew. We are devastated at the loss to Pam and the rest of his family and friends of this man who was taken way too soon. Love and condolences. – Ginger and Lenny

Tammy and Ed France, there are no words, other than we are praying for you and your entire family Pam. We met Frank through my very good, life long, friend Pam. His smile and energy fill a room. We also enjoyed square dancing with them both. Frank definitely lived life to the fullest every day, he is a true inspiration and a man full of integrity, love, and family is everything. We are very sad and still in shock of his passing, but also know that he is now an angel to his family. God bless everyone !
