Francesco Grassi

Francesco Grassi January 31, 2022 at age 85 surrounded by his family, went home to be with the Lord; his wife of 44 years, Angelina “Ange” Grassi; his parents, Benedetto and Rosa Grassi.  He is survived by his loving children, Frankie Grassi and Pam (Johnny) Fiorica; devoted granddaughter, Sonya Luconte; brother, Tonino (Todina) Grassi of Italy; many nieces, nephews, cousins; loving family and dear friends. Frank was born in Rome, Italy.  Coming to the United States in 1956, Frank as one of the survivors of the Andrea Doria.  He married the love of his life, Ange in 1963 and dedicated his life to taking care of his children, especially his son, Frankie.   He  retired after 35 years at Wegmans and spent remaining months in Florida, spending every day at the beach, swimming and enjoying his family.  Frank was very happy and peaceful knowing his family was together.
