Survived by her husband of 49 years, Stephen ‘Sonny’ Chubaty; son, Albert (Marilyn) Fordham, Jr.; grandchildren, Brittany and AJ; niece, Doreen (Chris) Hunt; nephew, Stephen (Debbie) Ritz; dear friends.
