Greece: Thursday, July 15, 2010 at age 87. Predeceased by his parents, Fillmore M. Craver, Sr. (Ruth); daughter, Sarann; brother, Darwin Craver; sister, Elaine Simpson, granddaughter, Sarah Rose Leckinger. Survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Loretta Craver; children, Filmore M. Craver, III (Regina), Timothy (Ginny) Craver, Loretta Jr. ‘Lorrie’ (John) Torchia, Robin (David) Leckinger; sister; Patricia (Jack) Colern; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 40 Foster children; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Fillmore was an avid fisherman and hunter. His hobbies included caning and stained glass. Fillmore was a proud Chief Warrant Officer of the U. S. Navy of 23 years and a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company after 19 years. Friends may call Sunday 4-8 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 9:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, Ridge Road. Interment Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 in his memory.
