Greece: Monday, August 19, 2013 at age 90. Predeceased by her parents, James and Laura Nobes; husband of 62 years, Walter S. Falen and 5 brothers. Survived by her loving children, Steven (Susan); Thomas (Cindy), Walter (Beth); Laurie (Larry) Vay; grandchildren, Mike, Ashley, Kristin, Wally, Molly, Michelle, Jackie and Jacob; many nieces and nephews; dear friends. Friends may call Friday (August 23rd) 4-8 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday 11:00 AM in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association in her memory. Oh Miss Evelyn.. how we played cards and you always tried to feed me your cookies or sweets. Had some good conversations and I would dance to put a smile on your face or make you laugh. You would tell it like it was and got to the point. Thank you for the time I had with you.
