He enjoyed carpentry and was known as a "teacher of the trades". He loved helping and teaching but most of all, he loved fishing with his sons and spending quality time with his family.
Eugene’s Funeral Service will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Highlands of Brighton in his memory. For more information and to sign his online guestbook, visit www.meesonfamily.com

Dear Sharon, Rosemary and family: Your Dad (husband) was a talented craftsman. My Dad was an admirer of his work when we were neighbors on Conrad Drive many years ago. I remember the sleigh that he built and put out front during the Christmas season. I think all the neighborhood kids had their picture taken with that sleigh. Sending my condolences and prayers for strength during this time as you mourn a wonderful man. Leslie Irving
