W e are saddened to hear about Ethelyn’s passing. What a wonderful neighbor and friend she was to Nellie for so many years. She always was so kind to our girls when they visited Grandma Nellie, and interested in their lives as they grew. Such a sweet lady – always wearing a lovely smile!
My Aunt Ethelyn was a bright light in this world. She cared and prayed for everyone in her life. She cared deeply and affectionately for my dad, her brother Phil, in the most special ways. Anyone who came into her life was so very, very lucky. When that next Hallmark card doesn’t come, my grief will roll over me once again. Marilyn, Gerry, Gary, Betsy, Craig, Todd, Kevin and the rest of the family, Ted, Chase and I grieve alongside you from far away. Since Aunt Ethelyn could never not being doing something, I’m praying she has time to continue to love and watch over us. I will miss her forever. Donna
I am the daughter of Clarice Thibault Harvey. While we have not met, my Mom was a cousin of Ethelyn. Mom loved her conversations with Ethelyn, and thought she was an amazing woman. We had so many chats about Ethelyn, I felt like I knew her. I am so sorry for your loss. I am also sorry that I will not be able to attend Ethelyn’s funeral Mass. Please know you will be in my thoughts and in my prayers. Sincerely, Anne
