Spent hours and hours at the Spahn home on Ames Street as a youngster. Many of those hours were spent with Ethel listening to her many stories. So sorry to hear of her passing. She was a beautiful and giving member of the community. She will be remembered in our prayers. – Jim Wido and Mary (Short) Wido

To all of Ethel’s family – My prayers are with all of you. I enjoyed having Ethel in my choir at St. Ann’s – she told me every Sunday how she just loved to sing. I feel privileged to have known her and I will miss her. God bless you all. Dawn Marie Chmiel St. Ann’s Chapel
To my dear friends, I will be praying with you this morning in celebration of the life of a wonderful, giving woman. The death of a parent is difficult to cope with, but hopefully, you will be able to remember and smile upon the very good times. God Bless and take care of each and everyone of your families. Love, Mary and Jim Wido
