My heart breaks that I could not see you one last time and listen to your jokes and amazing sense of humor that will never be forgotten. I didn’t even get to sing soft kitty for you . No more pain for you Eric and now you can finally rest in peace and watch over all of us. You will forever be missed tremendously and heaven definitely gained another angel. Say hello to my grandma and grandpa and aunt Connie as I’m sure you will have them laughing up there. RIP Eric and know how much you are loved and will forever be missed â¤â¤ love jen jen
No words can express how we feel about Eric. He was our best friend for over 45 years and he was very much loved by both of us. We will miss him more than anything as he was always a constant in our lives. We have so many memories to hang on to thanks to Eric and his ‘adventures’. We love him and miss him and are deeply saddened by his early passing.
RIP Eric

Nothing but ‘Candy Colored Clowns’, and ‘Rides in the Country with your Neighbor’, for you now, my friend! Just a few of the things I never get a chance to say to you, because the end just happened too damn fast. Thanks pal, for sharing your wit, superior intelligence, compassion, bawdiness, juvenile humor, loyalty, your light side…and that one of a kind dark side, too. Never forget the looks we’d get from people, as we watched Jeopardy at Romigs, and would often, simultaneously, shout out the correct answer, and then congratulate each other with a rousing ‘Yes Sir’!…and then a swig of beer. I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to be around for you on this battle, but I’m glad we talked on the phone as often as we did over the past few years, and especially this last year. Glad I got to see you last summer, for at least a little while. I’m most sorry you and I didn’t have the time to sit around, and reminisce, about all that we’ve been through…before you left. So many great moments…so many tears of laughter. Thanks for being my ‘suave’ friend, Eric. And thanks for, like me… ‘being from another planet’. Good bye, ‘Frank’.
Rest in peace Eric, we shared many memories in our younger days. Thank you for being a friend to my sister even after our lives took different paths. God bless you on this next journey, I’m sure you’ll be sharing your endless hilarity with the angels – you’ll be the star of the party!
Rest in peace my friend. You will be truly missed…My deepest sympathy to the family.
Rest In Peace. You always made my life easier. It’s time for you and Ethel to sing, “There’s no business, like show …â€.
So very sorry to hear about Eric’s passing:-( He was a great friend. Had many laughs at school , Barnard Carnival and EV Woods:-)
This is such a loss. Eric always had a smile and a rueful laugh and was wicked smart about the history of MCC. He helped me on a few projects, always with a friendly smile and willingness to go the extra mile. May angels sing him to his rest

I am going to miss our endless phone conversations like teenage girls. time has gone by so fast it seemed like we were just watching ‘bad guy movie’ at camp. The friendship I received from you is priceless, and can never be replaced. I love and miss you my friend. I will always be your ‘huckleberry’
My sincere condolences for your loss. Eric was co-worker of mine at MCC. I’ll remember him for his wild sense of humor, which share with us all often. But. I’ll also remember him for the professionalism he possess for a his job as school archivist and the enjoyment of attending his presentation on the school’s history. Finally, I’d like to toast him with my small can of Pepsi, which he truly seemed amazed and ribbed me endless about drinking. It’s those little personal jokes and connections I will miss, and remember him for.
Rest in peace my friend. We shared a similar sense of humor — which he called sardonic — which made our daily conversations at work incredibly entertaining to say the least. He made me laugh everyday, without fail. I will miss those conversations, his laugh, the way he made up nick names for everyone. He was not shy about sharing his opinions on just about everything and everyone he came across. I will miss that too. He was a great guy and friend. He will be sorely missed by many. Godspeed, Eric.
I am so sorry to hear about Eric’s death. We all had a lot of good times “partying “ at the EV woods, etc. A fun guy!
So long Eric . You made my Happy hours fun .I will miss you forever .
He was the best boss I have ever had and a true friend. I learned a lot from him and will miss him greatly. Please accept my sincerest condolences.
