Elizabeth “Betty” R. Secor Heusinger Friday, February 4, 2022 at age 66.  Predeceased by her parents, Donald O’Mealia and Florence Whalen; brother, Donald and sister, Ginnette.  She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Gerry Heusinger; children, James (Shannon Beckman) Secor, Ricky (Debra) Secor, Emily (fiancé, John Monack) Heusinger; grandchildren, Kyle, Hannah, and Rick Secor; sister, Dana (Claude) Preville; brother, Terry Whalen; sisters-in-law, Bonnie (Tom) Sullivan, Pam (Eric) Happ, Janine Heusinger and Ellen (Tony) Saporito; many nieces, nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; her grand-dog, Morty; loving family and dear friends. Betty was a well loved and gracious women.  She was an integral part within the business and the icon of the shop.  In her spare time, she enjoyed dancing and entertaining; especially holiday parties and spending time with her family.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Betty’s visitation will be held Thursday, February 10th 3-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson 1075 Long Pond Road where her funeral service will follow at 7 PM in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Open Door Mission (www.opendoormission.com) in her memory.  For more information and to sign her online guestbook, visit www.meesonfamily.com

    Jerry and family, Betty was such a special person! Always a great hostess-the holiday parties were legendary! Our trip to Fl for Albert and Jerry’s 10/10/10 birthday will never be forgotten or out done! Always in my heart! Beth
