I didn’t know Andy, and just last year met his daughter Colleen for the first time…and we immediately started talking like we had known each other for years…so out of all his accomplishments in life, he can check off raising a great daughter 🙂 I have heard many funny stories about Andy. He certainly lived life to the fullest from what I hear!!! My thoughts and prayers are with his family as they continue to go through a difficult time since Andy’s passing.

Our family met Andy when my dad moved into his apt. a year and a half ago. My dad , Joe Simonelli was very taken with Andys stories. They made him smile and laugh. We just learned of Andys passing yesterday and we are so very sorry for the loss to your family. I have known Evelyn for some years, from Golds Gym. We send our love to your family at this sad time! Karen

Evie I am so sorry to read in today’s paper of Andy’s passing. I wish I could see you on the 18th but we are out of the country. I think often of our early morning walks and talks at the Hill. I guess both of our families have grown since then. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I’m saddened to hear of Andy’s passing. What a guy. There is no eulogy that could do him justice. While I am sad I also smile as I remember Andy. He was a lot of fun. I did business with Andy, his agents, and his family for many years. I considered Andy, Steve and Colleen personal friends. Andy was a Renaissance man with tremendous knowledge and experience many things.
God broke the mold when he made Andy Kane. He will be missed but above all he will be remembered well.
My sincerest regards to the Kane family at this time.

He was certainly one very unique individual and it was a privilege for me to have known him and to have shared some very enjoyable times however brief while on this earth. I will never forget the carefree times we spent together on LIghthouse Beach. God bless you and your family Evie.

11-25-18. Very sorry to have just found out that Andy passed. He was always nice to me and hired me many times to provide live music for his events. I played guitar and banjo and sang for his parties. What a blast! Will always remember the good times he shared. My condolences to Colleen and Evie.
