Aunt Dorothy was one of a kind. I only hope to emulate her in my own life. Thank you to all of you for showing us how to face all this sadness and loss with such strength courage and faith. I feel truly blessed to not only know all of you but to be able to call you family. When my Dad passed it was a roller coaster of emotion and sometimes I just felt numb and lost. I don’t know if it gets better but time does heal all wounds. But she is with and in all of you and she will live on in this world through you. God Bless Sheila&Bill
Dear Mr. Keenan, It is with heavy heart that I reflect on the memories shared with my childhood friend, your son, John. Of all the mothers that I had the great fortune of meeting, Dorothy was without a doubt, a cut above the rest. I knew that. John’s other friends knew that. Most importantly, John knew that. There was something special about Dorothy’s smile, her soft spoken voice, and the twinkle in her eye. She had an uncanny ability to make people around her feel comfortable. When entering the Keenan household, there were two things that I knew that I could count on, the smell of something good cooking on the stove, and a warm and pleasant conversation with Dorothy. There was no getting past that conversation, no matter how hard you tried. For that, I am grateful. I grieve for your loss, but celebrate knowing that Dorothy enters heaven having lived her life for others. Sincerely, Dan, Cindy, and Ryan Golding Houston, TX
I am so honered to have known Dorothy. I have never met a more gracious and joyful person. Dorothy is the matriarch, the cornerstone, of a beautiful family. And I say ‘is’, because her love. caring, positive influences, and gleeming smile shall ALWAYS live on. Her presence will be missed by all. May God continue to bless Dorothy, and her entire family.
I can not be there in body to honor and mourn Aunt Dorothy’s life, but my heart and spirit our with the family during this loss. I know what a kind woman Aunt Dorothy was and I hope to carry her with me everyday! Love always
I wish to extend sincere sympathy to Dorothy’s family. I met Dorothy on a few occasions over the years and knew her to be a lovely person. She was so good to her mother. Verna, who was also a wonderful lady. I miss that generation of family. Both of my parents, Ted and Alice Domville, are now deceased. I called John Domville to let him know of Dorothy’s passing.
Mark and Connie, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I know how you are feeling but it is comforting to know she is up there in Heaven watching over you all.
My condolences to the family during this time of loss. Dorothy was a gracious and lovely woman, I appreciate the opportunity to have met her and to see her loving influence as a parent reflected in her son John.

want to send my condolences to dorthy’s entire family. Dorthy is by far, the sweetest and most gentle women I have ever encountered. I can remember so clearly the times when I was a kid, showing up at the farm house with her gleeming smile, and of course my favorite, a creme De’menthe cake. What an amazing women. God bless.
