Although we were together so little, we shared a lot. You will be in our prayers and special memories forever. What a joy to believe that you are now fully alive with so many other of our beloved family….and in God’s arms.

Dorie, You were first a neighbor at the cottage and then a friend. You were always there and involved and cheerful. Your peach pie is a legend in our family. We miss you. Joe and Karen and Family.

I was so sorry to read of Dorie’s passing in my Green Bay papoer. She was a high school classmate at West High, and one of the reasons I chose that high school. I lived in a GB suburb, but knew Dorie from growing up at the same church. Had a choice of 4 high schools to attend, but because Dorie and I were good friends, chose the same high school that she attended. Her family will be in my prayers, especially next Sat.

It has been almost 30 years since I last saw Dorie. We were classmates in the Medical Record Program at MCC. I always was impressed with what a dedicated student she was and even though she was one of the ‘older’ students and most of us were fresh out of high school, we were all very close. My deepest sympathies to her family for losing such a wonderful person. Diane Skelton, RHIT, CTR – Director of Medical Records/PrivacyOfficer – United Memorial Medical Center, Batavia, NY

Oh, what a beautiful lady. How can I ever thank her for giving up so many otherwise peaceful nights at home so I could wail away on my guitar in her basement? How can I ever thank her for bringing into our world a family of such fine people? I will miss our lengthy phone chats, her sense of humor, her down-to-earth demeanor, and much more. The world was a better place with her in it. I am a better person for having known her and I am lucky to have been her friend.
