Fairport: Thursday, May 15, 2008. Predeceased by her husband, Orlando Gollel; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Donald Coon. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Richard Rossiter; brother, Louis Benvenuti; grandchildren, Julianne (Mark) Carselli, Kevin (Lek) Rossiter; Kimberly Rossiter; great-grandchildren, Jordyn and Chelsea Carselli; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday 11:00 AM in the Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Gilda’s Club of Rochester, 225 Alexander Street, Rochester, NY 14607 in her memory
I will miss my wonderful phone conversations that were to few and far between. I loved listening to the many stories of past memories and current ‘health’ conditions which she would turn around and laugh about! She was a WONDERFUL person who I will miss VERY much! I love you Aunt Doris!
We remember our great aunt as a fun loving wonderful person that loved playing cards (Pinochle) and going to Atlantic City with my granmother, Josephine. Memories of her will remain in our hearts and in our prayers.
