Rochester: Wednesday, November 3, 2010. Predeceased by his sisters and brothers, Marie Benoit, Rita Streb, Evelyn Calnan, Kathryn Calnan, Francis and Eugene Calnan. Survived by his sister, June Ace; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Calnan; nieces and nephews, Mary Helen Benoit, Kathleen (Robert) Crandall, Cathy (Todd) Thomas, Michael (Ritaclare) Streb, Kevin (Gail) Benoit, James (Amber) Calnan, John (Donna) Calnan; several great-nieces and nephews. He was a Veteran of WWII. Donald served in the Pacific Theatre. No prior calling hours. Friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service, Monday at 11 o’clock in the Chapel of Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Friends wishing may make contributions to the School of the Holy Childhood.
Donald, I will always hold the memories of our chats at the Baird in high esteem. You have always been a polite gentleman who has been a pleasure to visit with. May you rest in peace. Jim & Patti Muisus
