Greece/ Springwater, NY: Saturday, February 11, 2012. Predeceased by his parents, Bert and Arvena; brothers, Floyd and Harold; sister, Doris. Survived by his former wife, Elizabeth and her children, Craig and Kimberly; his former wife, Betty and her children, Barry, Terri, Mark and Eric; grandchildren, Kristin, Ajia, Cory, Gina, Evan, Isabella and Sasha; great-grandchild, Serena; daughters-in-law, Jennifer, Holly and Tina; brother, Paul; sister, Hazel; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday (Feb 20th) 4-7 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday (Feb 21st) 9:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, Ridge Road. Interment, Rushville Cemetery, Rushville, NY.

    Please accept our sympathy. Don was our Insurance Agent for many years and I appreciated his advise over those years. He was a true gentleman and will be missed by many.

    So sorry to hear of Dons passing. I remember him as a hometown friend of my folks as a kid and him selling me my first life insurance policy at 18 which i still have today. we send our good thoughts to the family through your grief. Mike Johncox Lanexa, Va.

    We are so sorry about Don’s passing. I remember as young boy, he would buy Christmas cards from me every year. He was my biggest customer. Our thoughts are with you.
