Donald Gagner Thursday May 19, 2022, 99 Years young passed away. Predeceased by his parents Joseph & Hazel; brother, Joseph (Eileen); sisters, Joyce Gagner & Joan (Richard) Trott; first wife & mother of his children, Margaret (Seward); second wife, Marcia (Conroy); stepsons, James, Andrew and Henry Hagen. Survived by his children, Patricia (Douglas) Black, Donna (Fred) Curtis, Raymond (MaryBeth) Gagnier & Michelle (Ron) Dalle; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild; four stepdaughters, Faith (Fred) Tone, Loralie Rogers, Deborah Palmer & Katherine (Steve) Franklin; 20 step grandchildren; 39 step great-grandchildren; 2 step great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Donald was a proud veteran of the United States Army and served our Country in WWII. He is a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co. after 42 years. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Donald’s visitation will be held Thursday, May 26th 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson 1075 Long Pond Road. His mass of Christian burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Church in Greece, NY on Friday, May 27th at 10:00 AM. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donald was a true gentleman to the end. I will miss his smile and love of his family and hockey. He made work truly enjoyable for the legacy staff and he will be missed.
He always made me feel part of the family. A truly kind man, the world needs more like him.
