Poodry, Debera L. Irondequoit: Wednesday, December 2, 2015. Predeceased by her parents, Benjamin and Lucille Poodry. Survived by her brothers, Drew Poodry, Dean Poodry; niece, Leeann Poodry; uncle, Jack (Betty) Brady; many cousins and dear friends. Debera worked at Highland Hospital for 38 years. Friends may call Tuesday (Dec 8th) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, where her Prayer Service will follow calling Tuesday 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Leanne, Drew, and Dean, prayers for you all in light of your loss. Leanne, you were the absolute pride and joy of your Aunt Deb. She was a strong, determined, and compassionate woman whom we are all fortunate to have had in our lives.
Dean, Drew and Leanne, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. Deb was a very brave person with a strong will to live. I have many fond memories of her through the years. I hope your memories will bring you peace and keep her close in your hearts.
