David B. Jones Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Predeceased by his loving wife, Virginia Jones; his parents, Robert Jones and Viola Schneider; his siblings, Ann Russo, Roberta Beach, Marilyn Dorren, Charles Jones, great-granddaughter, Kierstin Wade. Survived by his loving children, Patrick (Dawn) Jones, Kenneth (Nancy) Jones, Ann (Steve) Wade and Mary (Matt) Cooper; grandchildren, Patrick Jr. (Chastity) Jones, Justin Jones, Michele (Jim) Crider, Bryan (Abby) Jones, Kevin (Angela) Jones, David (Laura) Wade, Amanda Wade, Jessica Wade, Karen Antonow, Jacqlynn Quataert and Shannon Cooper; great-grandchildren, Lola Jones, Emily Castrichini, Ashley Crider, Ellie Jones, Andrea Wade, Elizabeth Wade, Oliver Thorne, BellaRose Rivers, Remie Rivers and Olivia Mack; many nieces, nephews, cousins; lifelong friends. David was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and served our country from 1952 to 1956. He loved spending time with his family and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. David’s visitation will be held Sunday May 1st 1-4 PM At Vay-Schleich & Meeson 1075 Long Pond Rd. His Funeral Service will be celebrated, Monday, May 2nd 1:00 PM in the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Veterans Outreach Center in his memory. Mary and family, So sorry to hear about your dad’s passing. He was such a happy person and he enjoyed interacting with everyone he came in contact with. I am happy to have known him and I am sure he will be missed by his family and friends. Condolences to you and your family.
