Darrol Levoy Danner (Double D), age 51 of Rochester NY , passed away peacefully on May 26th, 2013. He was born to the late Lewis Charles Danner and Fannie Mae Traywick in Alabama. Darrol graduated from Monroe High School and served in the Army from 1981-1987. He worked at the Public Market as a vendor, and enjoyed playing the drums. Darrol also talked highly of his mother every step of the way. He also enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews. One thing that everyone can remember about Darrol is whenever he greeted or parted from you , he would say the words ‘I love you’. Darrol is survived by 6 sisters, 2 brothers and 2 brothers-in-law: Deloris Hall (Herman) , Donna Otis (Willie) , Arthur Danner , Cynthia Danner, Angie Kirksley , Gwendolyn Sanderson, LaShunda Wilson and Charles Flood. He is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews, 34 great nieces and nephews, a special friend and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. A viewing will be held Saturday, June 1st at Vay-Schleich-Meeson Funeral Home , 1075 Long Pond Rd from 10am-12pm, followed by a noon funeral service. Burial to be announced at a later date.

    My heart is so heavy as I cant bare the thought of losing you and not being able to say goodbye……..
