Blind, Daniel G. Gates: November 14, 2016 at age 69. Predeceased by his parents, Raymond & Virginia (Downs) Blind. Survived by sister, Sr. Yvonne Blind, SSJ; brothers, David (Chong) & Peter (Catherine) Blind; 5 nieces & nephews; 10 grand nieces & Nephews. Daniel was born March 23, 1947, a graduate of St. Charles Borromeo School & Greece Olympia H.S. He is an honorably discharged & decorated U.S. Army Vietnam veteran and later worked in construction trades. Daniel’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday Nov. 22nd 9:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Ave. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (meet at Dewey ave. gate). In lieu of lowers, contributions may be made to Veterans Outreach Center Inc. 459 South Ave Rochester NY 14620 in his memory.
