Hiler, Dale J, Greece: Monday, May 23, 2016 at age 93. Survived by his loving wife of 73 years Rosemary (Sharpe) Hiler; daughters, Catherine Hiler, Christine (Marshall) Oakes, Hillary (John) Lauber, Rosemary (Dave) Underwood; grandchildren, Michael (Jennie) Underwood, Katie (Dave) Meyers, Christopher (Michelle) Underwood; 6 great-grandchildren; many loving family and dear friends. Dale was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and served our Country in WWII. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester. He enjoyed spending time with his family and will be deeply missed. The family would like to thank Dr. Karlic and the staff of 4200 at Unity Hospital for the loving care given to Dale. Dale’s visitation will be held Thursday, May 26th 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Rd., Greece Chapel. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, May 28th 9:30 AM at St. Lawrence Church 1000 N. Greece Rd. Interment, Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Lawrence Church or Golisano Children’s Hospital in his memory.
