Greece NY: Cindy passed away on February 20th, 2025. Cindy is predeceased by her loving and devoted son, Cody who she has dearly missed since 2015. Also predeceased by her sister Frances Cavallaro, and her parents John & Lavina Ruffino. Cindy is survived by her devoted husband Jack Fisher of 38 years of marriage. She is also survived by her loving daughter Jessica Fisher who was Cindy’s best friend and loved her unconditionally. Both always supported each other during the good times as well as the sad times. Also survived by her brother Joseph (Diane) Ruffino.

Cindy had many passions in life and raising her two children was her top priority, keeping them safe, and providing all the love and support a mother could give. Cindy’s other passion was for animals. she was a true animal lover and would rescue any strays that needed a warm place and food. She would always donate to Lollypop Animal providing financial support as well as food. Who ever knew Cindy, knew she had a strong passion for music, and always would say music is life’s cure for challenging times and brings happiness to all. As her children were growing, she instilled music in them. She would always take Cody, Jessie, along with a car full of their friends to any Rock concert they wanted to see and would sing and dance along with them just like a teenager. As Cody grew, and started his own band, Cindy never missed a show, and the same for Jessie as she performed in choirs her whole school life and her beautiful voice was like an Angel and would always bring tears to Cindy eyes saying I can’t believe Jessie’s beautiful voice and always wanted her to sing as she always loved her voice.

A private Interment will be held by the family. In lieu of Flowers and Cards, Cindy’s wishes were to send donations to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm in her name for the love of the Animals.

    Jack and Jessie,
Thinking of you both and sending our sincere condolences. Cindy had a caring heart and was one of the most devoted mothers I’ve known. We have very fond memories of living next door and the kids spending time together. We hope that Cindy is at peace with Cody by her side.❤️
