Greece: Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at age 74. Predeceased by his parents, Vincenzo and Marianna Chirdo; wife, Angela Chirdo; sister, Filomena Arena. Survived by his sons, Vincenzo Chirdo and Sebastian (Barbara) Chirdo; grandchildren, Carly, Macy, Adam and Benjamin; brothers, Salvatore (Lina) Chirdo and family, Giuseppe (Lina) Chirdo and family; brothers-in-law, Vincenzo (Maria) Perrucci and family, Umberto Arena and family; several brothers and sisters-in-law along with family in Sicily; dear cousin, Fino Profeta and family; several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Friends may call Thursday (June 20th) 4-8 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 10:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, Greece. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hildebrandt Hospice in his memory.
