Rodrigues, Concetta Greece: Wednesday January 18, 2017 at age 59. Survived by her devoted daughter, Jamie Rodrigues; loving partner of 15 years, Michael Kachmer; grandchildren, Angel Rodrigues, Manny Rivera Jr. & Elijah Rivera; brother, Kenny Rodrigues; father, Joseph (Kay) Rodrigues; nieces, nephews & cousins; many special dear friends. She is predeceased by her mother, Ruth Place; twin sister, Christina Marie Rodrigues-Brzezinski; grandmother, Laura Place. Concetta was a chemical dependency counselor and good friend of Bill W. She resided in Canyon Lake, Texas for many years until she returned home to Rochester, NY. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Concetta’s visitation will be held March 18th 11:00 – 1:00 PM at Vay-Schliech & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road where her celebration of life will follow at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. We loved Connie dearly. She was a kind, caring and loving person who added sunshine to our lives. She loved her daughter and grandsons and Michael with all her heart and was a loving friend and sister-in-law. We have been very blessed to have had her in our lives and are very saddened that she had to leave too soon. We know she is in heaven now and at peace. God bless you our dearest Concetta and those who love and miss you. You will live forever in our hearts.

Concetta and I lived thru good times and bad for many years. Distance has come between us, but our moments together were always special and allowed us to pick up where we left off. It saddened me to know of her battle with cancer but even in our conversation about it, she was at peace with it. My love and sympathies to Jaime, grand children, Michael and all of her family in your loss of this special, sweet lady.
