Rochester: Sunday, November 9, 2025 at age 81. Predeceased by her parents, Volney “Jack” and Virginia “Bette” Makin; father-in-law, Anthony N. Tarantello; mother-in-law, Marie Tarantello; brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Rosemary Tarantello. Survived by her husband of 59 years, Anthony “Tony” S. Tarantello; her children, Michelle (Jim) Theodorakakos; Tiffany N. Tarantello (Ryan Sullivan); her grandchildren, George and Anthony Theodorakakos, Jordan Sullivan; her siblings, Seldon “Scott” (Betty) Makin; many loving family and friends. Cheryl was a Real Estate Agent for Nothnagle and a member of the Lakeshore Volunteer Fire Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening in her yard, loved flowers and birds and most of all; being there for her family and grandkids.

Friends may call Sunday (Nov 16th) 1-3 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road. Flowers are welcome as Cheryl had a love for all flowers.

    Tony, Michelke, Tiffany and all the family, we are so saddened to hear about Cheryl. She was so funny and full of life. We know she will be missed by all. Love and hugs. Cousins, Nancy and Mark.

    Cheryl, was my mentor at Century 21 Red Coach in the early 90’s. We had so many great times. I was just thinking about her the other day. Wonderful woman and friend .To bad we lost contact. My deepest condolences. May she RIP 🙏
