Greece: March 2, 2012 at age 72. Charles is survived by his wife, Christine Cornell; children, Karen (John) Vattimo, Mark Cornell, Eric (Jen) Carlson & Tami Zygmunt; grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Siri, Casimir & Elin; many dear friends. Friends may call Sunday, March 4th, 1-4 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, Greece Chapel, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Graveside Service will be held, Monday, March 5th, 10 A.M. at White Haven Memorial Park (please meet the family at the gate of the cemetery). Contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in his memory.
Christine, I was very sad to hear of Larry’s passing. My sympathy to you and all your family. You have been on my mind the last few days, now I know why.

Karen and Mark — I was sad to hear about your dad. We would run into each other over the years. The last time was this summer at ESL. He was cheerful as ever. I always did hope that he would remarry and enjoy his later years with someone. He had done just that. I regret that I never go to meet Christine. I wish you all the best. Be well and happy. We will miss Larry very much. He had a different sense of humor which we will really miss. Our Saturday lunches will also be greatly missed.
