Celia M. DeVito

Rochester: Sunday, November 27, 2011 at age 98 passed peacefully from this world into the next surrounded by family and the caring, loving staff of Aaron Manor. Predeceased by her loving husband, Charles A. DeVito; brothers, Nicholas Fici, Charles Fici and James Fici; sister, Rose (Fici) Sullivan. Survived by her niece, Joyce (David) Gonzalez; nephews, James Fici, Jr., Nicholas (Trudy) Fici. Trudy Fici was Celia’s longtime caregiver. Celia will be missed by all who knew her. She was a retired United Auto Worker. Celia worked hard and lived her long life to the fullest, enjoying family, friends and any good reason to party. Friends may call Thursday (Dec 1st) 4-7 PM at the. Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday __AM in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment, Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Open Door Mission in her memory.
